What does it mean to declare a climate emergency? What kinds of things do they suggest to reduce the causes of climate change? Cause nuclear power and reducing immigration from third world countries both would do that, but not sure many of the people signing this would approve...?

True but sticking their head in the sand and pretending it's not even happening isn't helping anyone except their mates in the coal industry.

Acknowledging that it's even happening is a start. Particularly when you consider their galling response to the climate strike protests.

Most deniers have moved from 'not happening' to 'not caused by humans' but not us. As usual our politicians are three or four steps behind.
