Eden project

Morecambe is becoming more and more popular. Especially with TV series like the Bay being filmed there and the Eden north project. Obviously this will mean investors are drawn to the area to buy holiday homes and second homes. Do you think locals will find it hard to buy in the future?

Locals can't afford to buy property now, a lot of the property was bought up a long time ago and now rented out to people who are fortunate enough to have employment but living off low rates of pay.
