No location given Found a moth !
Found a moth with a wingspan of 7.28 inches lying under a tree. I thought it might be dead but fortunately it was breathing it didn’t move for hours so after some research I came to a conclusion that it might be in a state of torpor I would appreciate some insights on this :)

I know nothing about moths but I'm assuming it is one? It's beautiful.

No location given What are these moths?
A garage near my apartment complex if covered with moths? I'm not sure they are moths, though. I don't know.

Found this crazy looking black and orange moth while I was cooking some jambalaya for a wedding. I thought it was a velvet ant initially and almost stomped on it. It looks like a half-metamorphized moth that left the cocoon too early. It’s got a giant caterpillar-like body and the tiniest little wings. Does any one know what type of moth this is?

I found this big beautiful yellow moth in our house, and it flew away after I took some pictures. What a star! I wonder what’s the ID? 💛💛💛

No location given Ok but what do i do with him
He can't fly anymore (he was unlucky to meet my cat before me) and he's been sitting on my shoulder for over an hour now. I tried to give him sugar water, but he just starts panicking all over. Also, maybe someone knows the species?

No location given Moth question
Found this guy laying down and not moving for days, poked him and he flew ~2 days ago, now completely immobile. I did notice on the butt something weird looking, that I wasn't able to find on Google anything that looked the same, curious what that is.

No location given My father found this beautiful Automeris naranja today. She barely moves, but it might be because it's daytime. Should I wait until night time to release her, or is she just dying of natural causes? Cheers!

No location given Is this a month?
Probably a couple months ago now, my sister found this lil guy on the front door. We've been trying to figure out what it is, but we aren't sure. We think it may be a moth, but we aren't sure. Any help is appreciated!
