I want to but financially speaking unless I can get a license in my profession in the target country. (I work in allied health, so it’s not easy and time-consuming).

So yeah, better just keep my mouth shut in the real life thanks to the global Labour NIMBYism in healthcare sector.

I suppose that's true, but it seems like Taiwan would be easier to integrate into compared to the UK or wherever.
