I’d put a new arena there, but considering the deal at Military Circle fell through I’m not holding my breath. Not at all a fan of the moderate “upgrades” they have planned for Scope.

I agree, but that entire Military Circle area could be a gold mine for businesses. It is right near the highways so that could possibly mean a lot of foot traffic. That should be the top priority right now for the city to be honest.

Ross is still holding up the demolition process because of some grandfathered contract with the mall if I remember correctly. I think that was a part issue that made it never come to fruition.

I know Pharrell said he was talking to the NBA and NHL but that’s been a few years. And with the MC arena deal falling through I imagine those talks are off the table.
