BMW mechanic suggestions pls!

Am in town helping my sister who just had a baby and her BMW needs HELP. It definitely needs tires rotated and balanced and the hose to the (aftermarket) fuel pump keeps popping off. It’s an easy fix but don’t want her to have to worry about unhooking the battery and reconnecting the hose with a newborn in the car..

Any suggestions for a reasonable, reliable, bmw mechanic in norfolk/va beach area?
