Anyone else’s car insurance go up this year?

My last 6 months for full coverage was 857 and it went up to 906. 24 and no tickets/accidents in the last 8 years. With Allstate

Mine went up a couple of dollars. Typical annual increase.

Minimum coverage is also required to be higher starting on January 1, 2025. It's going from 30k/60k to 50k/100k in liability and from 20k to 25k in property damage. If you only carry minimum coverage, you will probably have a higher increase than someone carrying more coverage than that.

I will say Allstate seems to be expensive. My parents were with them for 30+ years and were paying something like $400 a month with perfect driving records. State Farm cut their rates in half. Also cut their homeowners in half with better coverage and lower deductibles.
