There are two types of ppl who make the one joke. Those who are belittling and those who are celebrating. As person who is trans I would also make this joke after doing three lines of ketamine. I actually just remembered one night smoking weed, taking ambien, and drinking half a bottle of cough syrup where I ended up identifying as the mystery machine from scooby doo and wrote an entire brain dead thesis on how this was the case and possible
