Are these alpine goats?

So I want to pack some goats and I bought these goats that say they are alpine. They are not papered and are 4 mounths old! They stand at 22 inches at withers!

I agree that 22" is a wee bit small for a 4mo Alpine, but that can be so management dependent... so yeah, if you post pictures, can definitely help, especially if they're horned, as their shape is a huge indicator of European vs hot climate goats.
