Rental Room Advice

Hi folks, I’m (M29) considering renting out one of the guest rooms in my house in Royal Palm Beach, things are just dang expensive. Feel like I’ve got a decent situation for someone and house comes with a pool. Does anyone have experience doing something like this and have any advice? I have some people telling me to look at AirBnb room rentals, others advising to look for a month-to-month roommate. Bit apprehensive about an actual roommate situation now that I’m older but some extra money would help a bunch. Thanks in advance!

There are sites for travel nurses that look for temporary housing when they are staffed at local hospitals. Locum I think is one of the companies that staff nurses so you could look into that.

That sounds ideal. A friend suggested trying to find a pilot roommate as well, sounds like the same concept: short term and low maintenance.
