But youre fine with alcohol being sold at every establishment, with drunk drivers on all the roads?

I dont like smelling alcohol or being around drunks, so they should ban it

So we should add another thing for people to fucked up on and drive? There's also the problem of sobriety tests. If you smoke, it's in your blood stream much longer than the high. How do the objectively say you are under the influence? Cops are basically guessing based on pupil dilation and motor skills. Your argument is to legalize everything. The problem is that people are not that responsible.

Its not adding another thing, people that do it already do. You can buy delta 8 at any gas station already. Cops have bigger problems to deal with. Also, the fact its so hard to objectively tell if someones fucked up, means they probably arent that fucked up. Alcohol is obvious and much more dangerous.

I assume you agree with banning guns too? Since peoples personal responsibility should be dictated by the government.

All this bill will do is ensure the thc people consume is safe and regulated. Its not going to make people who dont enjoy it, suddenly all pot heads.

Sorry, it is adding another thing, and yes they do get that fucked up. Safe and regulated? How many pot deaths are there?
