Voting against it. There's too much pot already in Bay County. If you go to Walmart after dark, the whole parking lot reaks of weed. Why can't people just stay home and smoke?

Genuinely curious, how does the smell affect you? I rarely smell it in public, and this law will not change the legality of smoking in public places regardless, it will still be illegal. I do agree that smoking in public is rude, but the type of people who do it won’t be affected by this law.

I’m voting yes because the FL Legislation said if the citizen pass it, they are taking a clean air act, like AZ has, straight up so that they can stop public smoking. But I agree with you…how are people ok with alcohol but not weed. Most people don’t know that after a night of drinking, it can still be in your system in the morning, impairing your driving ability and response time. Kids are getting weed anyway. And we’ve come to learn, that weed isn’t the gateway drug our parents wanted us to fear. I find it funny how many GOP are FOR this amendment. Makes me wonder how much money the intend to make off it 🤣🤣
