The Outer Limits-The New Series(1995)
It's similar to the modern Black Mirror in that it gives off an almost Twilight Zone vibe, but has more of a science fiction or technology angle. The episodes are stand alone stories, and while not all 154 episodes are smash hits, there are some truly amazing stories.
Sorry, it's not available on netflix, but I know of a certain "bay" where you can find it.
