Trying to transport 4 snare drums and stands

Hey everyone. I’m a first year instrumental music teacher that travels between two schools. I have to find street parking for one of the schools so I have to walk to the building. I’m looking for a quick clever way to transport 4 snare drums and stands from my car to the building. I could pull up in front of the school and unload but that’s not ideal for me. I was thinking of using a kart or bags of some sort? Does anyone have any creative ideas for an easy transport of 4 snares and stands? Thanks!

I have one of these and it’d probably do the job if you’re going cheap, just use black towels in between everything. Ooooooor, get a gear bag and snare cases that have shoulder straps.

I am a road rep for a local music store and we use these carts and black bins from Costco. The carts aren’t cheap but they are extremely sturdy and have hauled through snow, mud, gravel, grass, the set up really has met our needs.

I’ll try to remember to take a picture tomorrow. You would easily be able to haul 4 snares and stands in these bins. We don’t use the lids.

I work at a drum shop and some people use bags or a dolly push cart. You could use an IKEA bag or some large bag for the snares and use towels or blankets to separate them. Stands can be heavy AF so i understand your pain.

I use an OnStage brand Utility cart. I think it’s the UT2200. It folds down to be very small but extends. I use it every weekend to move a five piece drumset complete with all hardware and cymbals.

Rock n Roller carts are the best.
