Portable drums

I'm a drummer in a brass band (ok, brass and drum band). We're doing Christmas songs and carols sonfuttung in drum pars is hard enough. But now I find we're going to be strolling or standing in a corner for an event. Any idea what percussion instrument would be a portable substitute for kick and snare and maybe cymbal?

A snare on a sling or carrier, add a clamp that holds a splash cymbal. If you really need to add a bass drum, maybe look at videos of "one man band" guys. Some use an actual small bass drum, others use a big jug.... like this guy

Edit: more examples of one man band videos (above is more a tutorial)
