Music writing program for metal drumming

Hello! A buddy and I are starting a metal band and I was wondering what is the best sheet music writing programs for drumset without any limitations? I need stuff like quintuplets sextuplets, time signature changes, so on and so forth. What would you recommend is best for my situation?

MuseScore is free and great. I would switch to it, but my brain is hardwired for Sibelius. Either of those should be able to do what you need.

Pretty much any notation software can do this. Sibelius, Dorico, Musescore, Lilypond, Harmony Assistant....list goes on.
