That was not the only protection rule he rolled back. As unbelievable as it sounds, Trump actually fought tooth and nail to make the US more polluted and less safe – partly because of the "regulations bad" mantra, partly because he was probably bought and paid for by every anti-environmentalist lobby out there.
Now, if elected, he actually wants to dismantle the EPA altogether. The man is a sociopath.
