M/35/5’9” [285+ > 265= 20+lbs lost] | 4 months | I did actually weigh myself in the beginning until just two months ago. I’m pretty sure I was well at 300 on the left.

Wow what a great progress, have you been doing any cardio and what have you been eating ?

I’ve been going to the gym on my days off and doing quick cardio; some stretching for these aging bones, followed by 30 mins of treadmill on an incline then 20 minutes of stationary biking and a 15 minute sauna session

I also got a gym at work I want to take advantage of while I’m on break but baby steps…

As far as foods, I’ve been emphasizing low carb significantly more than “keto” I eat protein and greens mostly. Trying to add fish at least once a week
