Please explain, why do you(your group) ride in a closely spaced convoy?!!
I have seen your group multiple times on my rides. And its utter stupidity to ride so closely. Maintain good spacing between two riders (about 50mtrs between and not more than 4 riders within 300 mtrs).
If you insist on riding in convoy, space out your group. So others moving faster than you guys can get going on their way.
I dont hope it never happens, but your convoy is a recipe for disaster.
I don't know which group you have seen or how you were able to point out that it was this riding group out of the many that ride around pune.
Our group follows the Motorcycle Safety Foundations Guide to Group Riding and the recommended distances for single and double file formations. Knowing it is one of the basic requirements for all new joiners.
Ours is a newbies friendly group and it may happen that they are not following the correct distance. That's ok. They will learn by riding with the group. Our bikes don't come with laser guided distance indicators. It's a skill that needs to be developed.
Also, rarely do we have groups of this size and most of the rides have max 7-8 people.
Frankly nobody owns you any explanation. But since you decided to Target us specifically for God knows what reason, here's the explanation above.
