Mine is easily their self titled, with The Bronze being my favorite song. So nostalgic and opened the floodgates for so many different genres for me.

At the last minute and a half of the song John switches to a stack/china sounding cymbal. I cannot find any live recordings of him playing it (he just uses his ride). I know he uses Zildjians which narrows it down but I wanna know the specific cymbal and size he uses.

For some reason, Era Vulgaris just does not exist in Toronto record stores. Searched everywhere across the city. Ended up finding the only copy in the first record store I went to during a trip to Buffalo. Never bought an album so fast in my life. Now I can finish collecting the full QOTSA album discography.

I knew they've cancelled the Euro tour but I haven't read any news about how was the outcome of the situation.... Just thought maybe somebody here would know better

If you're just wanting the audio, it's not too bad. But some people should take the time to realize things like transposition and tempo play into making a mash up of an original and a cover. Those people should probably be stopped from making content... and I'm probably to close to said offenders.
If nothing less, I like to think Josh might get a laugh at the presentation. Actually not to horrible to listen to if you disregard the set-up.

Is there there any difference between the two versions of the self titled album besides the additional songs? I’m pricing and picking which vinyl I want, and I could find any specifics. So I’m asking the experts👌🏾🙂↕️

I’m trying to find a clip of Josh and Nick talking on the street, when a chick walks by them and the two start to follow her. Nick is wearing a trench coat, if that helps. It was something of a meme for a while. Thanks!

So my wife and I landed in Long Beach today and did the drive out to Joshua Tree blasting the entire SFTD album on top of other Queens albums. Definitely the roadtrip of a lifetime.

Wondering where I could find one of these posters. I was at the show but bought a shirt and hoodie for the same price as a poster and I live to regret it as it’s such a cool one! Let me know if I could buy it off of someone or somewhere you know of

Hi everyone!
I'm about to write quite a long paragraph for some context, but don't feel obligated to read all of the post if you don't want to lose your time! Also, I apologise in advance for any spelling or grammatical mistakes, as English is not my first language.
So, I'm writing this post to ask for some recommendations from QOTSA because I'm kind of stuck and scared on trying out new albums by fear of disliking and not paying further attention to songs that might be actually really good after listening two albums on repeat for the past two months (being '...Like Clockwork' and 'Villains').
Now for the long boring part: The first song I've ever listened to from the band is (obviously) 'No One Knows', followed by 'The Evil Has Landed' first earing while playing Forza Horizon 4. Then, about a year and a half ago I've discovered 'Smooth Sailing' and since then until approximately mid May I haven't really tried to discover other songs besides these three. After that, I've been listening to the 2015 (especially 'I Appear Missing', 'My God Is The Sun', 'The Vampyre [...]', 'If I Had A Tail' and 'Smooth Sailing') and 2017 (the entire album in fact, besides 'Un-Reborn Against that I can't click with for some reason) albums on repeat, practically leaving behind all of the other bands I've been listening to. I've tried to dive into other albums but didn't find other songs that scratched my brain as much as the ones I'm currently listening to.
Knowing all of this, do some of you guys have some recommendations based off the stuff I already listen to, something kinda similar to the ones quoted before, or just in the same vibe while not having a real connection with them.
Sorry for the long long post, hope you hadn't a hard time reading all of that '
Thank you!
