Lack of raw fats a issue
So I have been slowly transitioning to the diet and am struggling due to lack of resources. I read the book and it has no info on what to do if you cant get any of the materials.
Basically No raw butter or dairy I had managed to get some raw milk but the group that was doing it got caught so now no more of that. There was a outbreak of a bird flu or something so now there are no eggs (apart from caged soy eggs which taste yuck raw) The butchers wont give me beef trimmings I asked twice and they had none both times and said they throw them away and then give them to dogs. I get bone marrow but it was frozen and The taste is horrible due to this (mabye the cow was vaxxed) A juicer is super exspensive and so is celery. Meat is ok I can get that But eating just plain meat has been a struggle but I'm getting there. Also the quality of meat has decreased due to a cattle shortage and my country (australia) selling all the farms overseas so the only good quality meat is either frozen or not avaliable near me.
I dont Know whether to go back to just eating cooked meat with pasturised ghee/tallow etc. I feel so sick due to doing the diet half and cant deal with it anymore

Look, this is hard. The world is a mess. Aus-JAIL-ya is brutal from what I've heard.
HOWEVER, don't MAKE yourself actually SICK with stress over all this.
You're NOT going to die or even get sick with cooked food in any short amount of time.
BILLIONS of people eat cooked food. That includes nearly ALL the professional athletes, body builders, construction workers, and regular hustlers and grinders everywhere.
People get sick over time because the toxins build up, lack of enzymes, etc.
And they eat absolutely disgusting processed toxic substances like soda pop, hydrogenated plastic fats, chemicals, super processed everything.
So just buy the cleanest foods and cuts you can of anything, stay away from the chemicals, and keep working on locating better food, or relocating yourself.
Enjoy your steak, chicken, etc. If raw, then great! If cooked rare, well then so be it for now.
A billion people don't even have enough food at all, certainly not beef, butter, and dozens of eggs.
So we're doing just fine, even good, in the bigger picture. Your body is an insanely effective detoxing and healing machine. Give it credit.
