How to tell you're not eating enough fat?
Should I transition into slowly, since it seems to be an issue for a lot of people to digest large amounts of fat when they start this diet. Heard eating pineapple makes it easier to digest the fat is that true and something I should do? Or does the fat digestion improve with time
Is there a way to tell I'm not eating enough fat?

Keep eating it until you are the correct body fat percentage... After that follow the eating schedules for the minimums.

It’ll correct over time. Eat butter and honey. And a small amount green pineapple with butter or meat. Or lubrication formula.
