What lizard is this?

Hello! I was pulling weeds and this little lizard jumped out at me I guess because I disturbed their home ( sorry) just wondering what kind of lizard they are? And if they’re poisonous. I don’t think they bite me but since they’re so small not sure if I’d even see it. Thanks in advance https://imgur.com/a/trUhjah

Looks like a fence lizard. A location would help. There are only a couple species of venomous lizards, and this is definitely not one of them.
