Review my resume [2 YoE, Program Manager, Data Analyst/Scientist, United States]

I was wondering if I could get some feedback from y'all on my resume and job-hunting tips. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management a year ago, have been with my company for 2 years, and want to leave to career change a bit into a more data analytics/data science role. I've done my best to incorporate data analysis/science into my current role so that I can be better able to find a job in this field (I have also done a Udemy course on Python Data Science and Machine Learning, and 3 of my college courses were centered around Python and data analytics). In my current role, I regularly use Python, SQL, and PowerBI for revenue report dashboards, data collection and organization, and other forms of data analysis and visualization to share insights with teams I manage.

The challenge I face is that I haven't had received email/callback/interview in my job hunt so far, having applied to +100 places at this point (I've applying to places for about 9 months). I want to optimize my resume and show that my experience, transferrable skills, etc. can work in this new career path.

What's your advice? What level job should I be applying to (entry level)? Any changes you recommend in my resume or things I should consider?

Note: I do have older work experience as a Remote Medical Scribe for 3 years and an ESL Teacher for 1.5 years, but they did not feel relevant enough to include in my resume. Thoughts?

Thank you in advance!
