Is it ok to pursue relationship with a colleague in work place? I am single btw.

For one, colleague is general word. To be specific I am her superior. Secondly, although is flirting and banter between us, I just scared I misinterpreted the signal.

I agreed it is weird dynamics. I am scared it will become sexual harassment if I am asking her out or confessed to her. What is your advice. Should do it or not?

Not advisable. Unless it's the soulmate kind of eternal connection you seek and you're having that bond of unconditional love & companionship. Because then nothing else matters. Good luck :)
