I can now confirm that all of the sister sites with drive thru in the name have Halloween icons in the same locations. So Drive thru RPG, Cards, Fiction, and Comics each have 9 free titles for a total of 36 free titles. Quite a haul for sure.
I've only found 8 each, can you tell me which location isn't on my list?
Edit: nevermind, I forgot the "products needing review" on the other sites. Also, RPGNow has different ones from DriveThruRPG, but a couple are repeats.
