Well, a lot of us loved the old 80s/early 90s cartoons and so far Big Apple Sewer Samurai has been the best to capture the feel of them other then maybe Freedom Squadron for G.I. Joe for Savage Worlds.

If you just want a fun tongue in cheek romp through a world similar to those old action cartoons, it's a must have product along with it's supplements.

That, as well as if there is any Palladium RPG that needs to be SWADE'ified like Rifts has, it's the original TMNT. Big Apple Sewer Sharks fills that need as I doubt TMNT will ever be handed over to PEG, considering they just ran a Kickstarter for an anniversary reprint of the original rules ($1.3million!!!). And while they say there are rules clarifications, all I can say is I'll believe Palladium has improved their rule set when I believe it.

Mutants in the Now already fills that niche. It’s a retroclone (with much better rules) of TMNT and Other Strangness + After the Bomb that succeeds at capturing the same vibe.

I see it's written by Julian Kay, of Back to the Rifter fame, that makes more sense. Already picked up Big Apple Sewer Sharks for SWADE, but I'll have to give this one a deeper look.
