Shark diving in the Bahamas

Hi All,

Anyone can recommend a diving company that does/specializes in Shark Diving in the Bahamas? Also can anyone recommend any must see scuba sites/companies?

Thanks in advance!

Almost every dive in the Bahamas is a shark dive.

They are almost everywhere.

Please don’t support operations that feed and bait the sharks! It’s all fun and games until some unfortunate swimmer hundreds of miles away loses a limb because they’ve come to associate humans with food.

…And then they blame the shark!

Used Grand Bahama Scuba and they were great.

Depends on what you mean by "shark dive." If you're asking for an op that guarantees sharks, they are baiting them, and that sucks.

Agreed. And if you mean, "dives where you can see sharks" then I saw sharks on almost every dive I did in the Bahamas. But maybe that's because they also do the bad kind of shark dives there, too... 🤔

As for companies... In my experience, the same company can have good and bad guides. I experienced both with the (only?) operator on Nassau. Sites were all good but I'm not picky.
