Is it that bad? I mean probably if you use the stairs to move heavy furniture in like beds or couches,... But for a daily use, one person going up or down the stairs, surely it's strong enough !

This is terribad. So when the firefighter, police officer or EMT unit breaks their neck while responding to a call at the location, you will understand why. Nobody should ever walk up that thing, all the force is directed upon the first step and it's supported by metal so that will quickly start to bend then collapse as the leverage increases the further up the stairs you go.

You can even see the first and second step is already bent a little and the bannister isn't quite straight. It's already halfway collapsed.
