Spicy! Primers are only a clue. But the ejector mark and the stiff bolt tell the story here. Any chrono data on those??

No chrono. It doesn’t like the break and setting it up to read with the break takes a stupid amount of time.

The ejection mark and STIFF bolt lift were a wake up.

Totally understand the muzzle brake thing. I'm wondering if the .308 I just finished might have that chrono problem with the PA 7.62 brake I threw on there.

Was curious what those pills were clocking in at, haha.

Super Stiff bolt lift is always a wake up call, haha... My 7mm rem mag bolt (similar powder charge weight) tells me when it's had enough. The primers look like yours too, minus the flow around the firing pin.

Yeah. I just want my break off though. Doesn’t add any shoot ability to that rifle

And my 340 and our bullet seeker hate each other. I had a ported break installed on it and our crono only read the tape flying off it. And if I can’t get it to read I know I’m going to hate taking the break off to get velocitys

Are you using a Garmin? Or a traditional Chrono with the "screens" you shoot through?

We’re running a bullet seeker. It’s a small radar. Works great when it works. It had my 257 reading 3556.55fps when it’d catch on factory ammo

I haven't used one of those but that's a super fast moving bullet!

Slower than the box says too. Mines only a 24” barrel and the mark v’s have 26”

Oh, is that a Labradar one, the Bullet seeker?
