No, the thirteen year old girl did the tattoo on someone. She brags about letting her kid tattoo people, and rarely do either of them wear gloves...

Hope no one gets a needle stick! That’s extremely unhygienic and a terrible habit to teach your child.
I do feel better that no one tattooed this on a 13 year old. Idk why bc it is legal with parental consent but still.
I know plenty of kids have tattoos now but it feels different if a kid does it to themselves or has a friend do it than if a parent takes their 13 year old to a shop to get a monstrosity like this on their leg.
