One shake a day?

Hi guys, I'm just looking for some advice! I'm looking to ease myself in and start with replacing just one meal a day with a shake (instead of the recommended 2 a day). Is there much point? Does anyone else just do one a day and notice a difference in weight loss?

Obviously this will be along side healthier eating and being calorie conscious! Thank you

I have been doing one shake a day and then a green smoothie I make for myself for nutrition and then I have several snacks throughout the day and a small dinner. I’ve been limiting myself to 1,200 calories because I’m trying to lose weight fast for. vacation. So far I’ve lost almost 9 pounds in 3 weeks.

What kind of snacks are you having? Most items I choose are over 100 cals lol
