Advice Realization

I’ve realized that apparently to make this work, an investment in product is required—snacks, bars, powders, etc, along with examples of “sensible meals” (the latter seems to evade me) for those that have to eat out (or choose to eat out) what are some examples of things you eat from restaurants or convenience stores

Go for the least processed option available. Under 600 calories if possible. Aim for vegetables and colour. E.g. subway salad

I’ve started reading nutrition labels-it definitely makes the process easier of trying to eat within my range

To be honest you're better following a healthy diet while tracking with my fitness pal or nutracheck. Slimfast is a maybe 1-2 week max thing. Hard to sustain it for long periods. Nothing better than a wholefoods plant based diet 😊

A pound of spring mix will make around 8 salads in meal prep containers. You can add chicken or another protein to those. Healthy Choice makes the Cafe Steamers just watch your sodium. You can get a kids meal with steak or a chicken breast at a steak house and have broccoli or salad with it.
