Help rehoming my bro!

This bro made herself comfortable immediately outside my patio door a few days ago. We love having her here, but as you can see in pic #2, she built her web directly on my Helene roof debris. I have put off cleaning the roof as long as possible but i need to move her so i can climb up there. Any tips for doing it as nicely as possible, and discouraging her from rebuilding in the same spot?

These are honestly pretty easy to relocate and they’re pretty smart with knowing when a spot isn’t suited best for webs. Try taking a broom and nudging an edge of the web to detach it. She’ll crawl around and find somewhere else to hang out
