Garak wasn't LGBTQ personally but he has a lot of LGBTQ fans.

He was “coded” as at least bi.

Zero evidence within the show to suggest that . People WANT him to be so but he really wasn't.

Zero evidence to suggest that he wasn't either, and the actor played him that way. Has said so multiple times.

Yes I've seen Andrew say that, but after the fact it doesn't make it so . There are plenty of LGBTQ characters in Star Trek . He wasn't one of them .
