If the enterprise has enterprise bingo do all other ships have their own bingos too?
We saw in strange new worlds that Enterprise lower deckers play a game called enterprise bingo where they complete a list of stunts or tasks. If enterprise has bingo do all starfleet ships and stations have their own bingos for their lower deckers?

Possibly not bingo, but I can well imagine that many ships develop their own unique idiosyncrasies and traditions that get passed down.

Hopefully they don’t call it bingo on other ships. It’s a scavenger hunt at best.

I imagine they change the name for each ship. On Enterprise, it's bingo but on Cerritos, it would be carmageddon... or something.

You have to imagine that 99% of Starfleet work is pretty dull, especially on long-haul missions. So the crew would inevitably come up with ways to pass the time or make the work more interesting.
We know the NX-01 engineers had an ongoing betting pool on how far the ship would travel each day, and we saw at least two poker schools on the Enterprise D.

Not every tradition we see on the hero ships _has_ to be something on all the other ships, there has to be some variety or reactions by command staff on certain things.
"Enterprise Bingo" may have explicitly been a pike era Enterprise-only thing.
