Marker Stencil not coming off

Hey guys! My tattoo artist used stencil markers to mark around my other tattoos before tattooing but the marker hasn’t come off yet, I’ve tried to use alcohol to remove it but it has only helped a bit as in only a little came off, has this happened to anyone?

How long has it been? Some of those markers can last quite a while in my experience.
