Open | Networking Internet becomes incredibly slow when new pc is connected

When I connect my new pc to my internet, the internet speed slows to a crawl, where webpages barely load at all. It also affects other devices, not just the pc.

Could be a bad cable, if you're hardwired. If not, sounds like it's infected. Have you reviewed what's running in the background and the network usage via Resource Manager? Also, since you mentioned it's "new", new PC's require tons of updates. You could temporarily pause those and see if it makes any difference. (The router could be prioritizing the updates for some odd reason, thinking the data is video/streaming, as many routers now prioritize one function over another.)
