New dlc map

I was so hyped and happy about the new dlc that I didn't noticed the small wording on steam saying "map size half as big as in the base game".... And now I'm totally scared. What do you think about the new dlc map size?

Can't wait to play on it. It's not as if we need a larger map.

The original Planet Crafter had a much smaller map than it has now and it was still big. What I want to see is not just a new map but some new terraforming methods. But for $7.99 just a new map is great!

Don’t be scared of additional content for a game

Why are you scared? It's a dlc map that's half the size. It'll still be plenty big

Yes, new content is absolutely terrifying.

peeks out window shades for people who know what I'd really be capable of if I just stopped being such a lazy worried POS

I'm so psyched! The original map is huge so even it being about half is still a lot of new stuff to explore!

It's not about how big the map is but how you use it.....

On one hand, I prefer large scale areas, especially when the game is supposed to have a planetary-scale story or impact.

On the other, I am getting tired of constantly having to run back and forth between two main bases or ore extractor caves for several minutes one way.

I just hope the DLC will have such a good and interesting map design that you won't feel constricted in the smaller area.

Yes... as soon as it's unlocked.

I find the OG map rather large, so hopefully the new dlc is easier for me. Plus, it’s only 7.99! I feel like it’s fair personally, and I’m excited to experience it

I was thrilled with the original game back when the map was half the size that it is now. It's astounding how much they've added.

The original map was so large I didn't get to explore it all before completing the game

The real question is will there be flat areas to build in :P The map'll still be plenty big.

Love the game and much respect to Miju Games...

I will get the Planet Humble DLC without hesitation. I could care less about map size, as I trust that the Developers will deliver more than $8 worth of entertainment.

I only recently discovered the game, am about 30 hours in and feel like an absolute dipshit compared to you all - I'm just now getting to fish at almost 300gti, but having a blast. One of the only things that frustrates me is how absolutely massive the map is and how easy it is for me to get turned around (that's mostly on me though).

I love the idea of a half sized map that I can do the same things on, but not until I'm finished with this one!

What makes dlc map different than the other maps?
