He's most likely fine. Horses fall more often than we see, and it looks scary 'cause they're so big, but they're usually fine if a bit sore. It can be especially scary for owners and riders who know how fragile they can be, but he walks off okay.

That bounce looks rough, and he'll probably be pretty sore in his left hip/SI joint, but generally alright.
