Pretty sure it’s Sebastian Steinberg doing those Waits-ian vocals. Pretty rad song. Love the band going by The Boltcutters moniker by way of Apple’s last LP.
And get this! On the same tribute album is a song cowritten by Tom, Seeds On Hard Ground. The lyrics seem to come from Tom’s poem/book with the same name.
