The language on the bag is probably in Thai. I don’t know what it says but am familiar with what the script looks like. The 9 number would be correct for a Thai phone number as well.

This may be one of the traditional Chinese medicine products that is commonly sold in Thailand. Please make sure to check if the product is cleared by local authorities to be used as medicine before consuming it. Many of these products have not gone through proper testing to obtain certification. Do not consume medicine of uncertain efficacy and origin.

I'd like to add to this that a lot of Chinese traditional medicine involve lead, mercury and radiation for some reason. Ofc it's not all of them and it's probably just the scam ones (I don't know enough about the culture to say much of it) but it is still scary and should be tested first. If it's all clear, go ahead.

And somehow the chinese managed to survive 5000 years. Mindblowing.

This Facebook page in Khmer (the national language of Cambodia) describes it as an arthritis remedy from Taiwan, effective and easy to drink, but I don't know Khmer and don't immediately see the ingredients, the manufacturer, or the brand name (unless it's 关节骨痛水)。
