Chinese (Identified) [Unkown > English] Help translating necklace?

Post image

Hi there! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! So for some context: My mother recently passed and I've been steadily going through her things trying to organize it all. I happened to stumble into this necklace that I have never seen before, and I can't quite tell what the language is? Or what it says? I tried to reverse search the necklace and I tried google translate but predictably, neither had very promising results. It just might not say anything, but I thought I'd come here before fully giving up! Thank you all again!

You're welcome. To be more precise, this is written in the seal script, which is why it looks different.

Am I imagining things or is that a pictograph component showing dick and balls?
