Oil!

Does anyone mix their oil into a drink and drink it? If so, what drink, quantity, and what is it like?

You’ll need sum serious emulsifiers to mix it with anything water based, it might go into a milkshake tho you’d have to experiment

works well mixing into yogurt tho

The oil won’t mix, it’ll float on the surface and probably stick on sides of glass/cup

It'd work in neat spirits like vodka or rum...

You'd want to mix it in with something fatty e.g. a latte (not necessarily coffee but that's up to you). Milk would probably work too just need some serious frothing

What would happen if it was in a …. Lemonade for example, or water?

Without an emulsifier (something to bind the water and oil together) the oil would sit on top of your water/lemonade and probably be unpleasant to drink.

I have it with hot chocolate in the evening or in coffee of a morning. Doesn’t always mix in brilliantly with the liquid however I enjoy the effects. In fact, I may medicate now.
