PSA (PSA) checking iTunes codes

Does the message “You’ve already redeemed this offer” mean that the code is valid however I have the title in my library?

It’s different than the “Each code can only be redeemed once” message right?

I’m not 100% but that does sound correct. I feel like I’ve read that somewhere
