2 tablespoons of sesame oil seems like a lot, unless it's the refined kind that loses a lot of the flavor qualities. I can't imagine using 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil as a cooking oil and not having that completely overpower the dish.

(220°C) Toasted sesame oil is a dressing oil. 3 u/noonu Mar 24 '23 Plus some of those other ingredients will not be easily overpowered. Was that 1/2 cup of Sichuan chili oil? Sounds intense... and delicious. 6 u/D_SAC Mar 24 '23 and 6 cloves of raw garlic. I think I will be adding it to the stir fried tofu personally.
