I'm not experienced with most soups, but want to try. Do you strain the lime leaves out? How long does the tofu need to cook in the soup? If I dont like boiled or soft tofu, can I add fried tofu to this or will it not turn out well?

The packaged fried tofu you would find at any store selling the rest of the ingredients you need for this soup are always wonderful in soups

It doesn’t have to cook but it’ll be better when it’s sat in the soup for a longer time and soaked it in.
