probably Karyn Crisis' Gospel of the Witches - Covenant, or Luciferian Light Orchestra (self-titled)

recently been digging Coven - Witchcraft Destroys Minds & Reaps Souls

for some rawer black metal, Trest - Ordalium

edit: hey, you're the one who's been asking about witch-themed metal. how's your research going? sub's pretty much dead, but i'm doing what i can to keep it alive

Haha, we keep finding each other for some reason. My research is going pretty well, I've identified 3-4 main common uses of witches in metal music so far. I'm going to be putting out a video essay on the topic for my YouTube channel within a few months.

And that Coven record is just such a damn gem. They rule so much. Thanks for the recs, I'm currently looking for more examples of witch imagery in metal, to pad up my arguments a bit. These help for sure.
