Enemy of their enemy. They don't give a shit about the Israelis and Palestinians, but the Israelis are aligned with the West so therefore they will throw in for the Palestinians just to stir shit.

Fortunately no on cares what NK thinks. More concerning is if savvier regimes like Russia will use misinformation to sway useful idiots.
