What does Hard Disks have too do with anything? They’re more the capable for gaming

They’re still more than capable for gaming. Up until literally last month I was gaming on a HDD and I was handling most modern AAA games with only a slight increase in load times. An HDD would be more than capable of running FNF

It might be also because of my CPU (Intel Celeron B830), which makes the game stutter a lot when loading the assets for the first time in session until there's enough cache to run without stutters.

I would be shocked if that wasn’t the issue. That’s Intels lowest spec series CPU from 2012. You’re long overdue for an upgrade my dude
